I had bought Everquest game cards from them before. The only real incident was when they called me at like 3am to verify my order. I changed games and now play Rift. I placed an order and it wasn't there two days later so I go to the live customer service. I explain to ''Ann'' that I want my Rift game time card and she gets all my info VERY SLOWLY. She would sometimes afk for 4-5 minutes and not tell me. She eventually tells me ''I have to go afk now please find another agent to help you''. I COMPLETELY restart over with ''David'' who is also super slow in between his replies. He told me ''Dude don't worry about it''. I responded I am worried it's been two days when the service usually is fast. According to him, it would be a few more hours at most. The next day it's still not there. I get David again and he tells me that it will be a couple more hours at most. I tell him that he's already told me that YESTERDAY then David got really ''Please one last time please please last time...''So I say ''Ok 5 more hours but that's it.'' My card is not there the next day so I get Ann again. She trying to tell me a few more hours. I told her no. She's trying to sell me another product. I say I want my money back. She tries some more then I say either you give me my money or I go to Paypal and start a dispute. I got my money back thankfully. These guys are horrible. Who calls their customers ''Dude and bro'' or goes AFK while with a client? I don't care if its your break time. You wait until you're done then you take your break. They will have no more business from me. |

I contact their Cust Support and ask if they have stocks in not so populated server (which I prefer, not to say) and answer me that yes they have and give me a VIP link and a promise to have my gold in 15mins but 3 hours later still no gold in my mailbox nor whisper to meet me up and trade my gold. And when I got back to cust support for my complaint, no one answer me! Terrible service, I should stick in my instinct and trust reviews that I read from http://bestwowgoldsitereviews.com/swagvault-review/. Swag vault are complete scammers. I recommend checking out another provider on MMOShift before buying gold from them, like bankofwow, gameusd or offgamers. | |
