Customer service has no understanding of English, gets rude and unprofessional when told that 8 days is an unacceptable time to wait for the smallest denomination of currently available. Some inane babble about "assume everything is a preorder." I'd rather pay double elsewhere and get some real turnaround. | |

I honestly feel as if I was ripped of. Have been waiting three days for an order that is advertised to be an average (1-16 hours). After many attempts at contacting customer service, I was each time left with the same "Please be patient" or other ridiculous excuses. Quite frankly, a company should not shut down due to a holiday, and from what I am seeing that is definitely what this company did. | |

They are perfect. I dont get how can somebody downrate it, probably because they are competition. I get my gold almost everytime very fast, and you get your gold from fellow european gamers not from chinese flagged accounts. Perfect! | |

I tried offgamers out for wow gold after using GameUSD for for 2 years without any issue, and the order has taken 4 days now with no delivery yet. Going back to Gameusd, will not use offgamers again. Offgamers may be good for CDKeys and time cards, but I would not recommend them for wow gold. |

Great service :) Ordered more then 300k summary in last 2months and always got gold in less then 1hour, mostly after 10mins from making orders so I'm very happy using them so far :) Also bought many cd-keys not only for WoW and all of them were delivered instant, if you looking for currency/cd-keys seller they will be great :) |

I have been purchasing game time for EU world of warcraft for over a year with this site and pay via paypal. I've never had to wait or provide identification, unlike a lot of sites I've seen advertised. The reward scheme they do is really impressive too, 50,000 points = 5USD i get just over 9,000 per purchase because I've been with them for a while and they upgrade your account accordingly. This can be converted into several currencies just by clicking 'convert' and the exchange rate is pretty good. I've had one issue with a timecard not woring but they responded to me within an hour and after a few emails back and forth showing screenshots of what was happening it turned out that the WOW site doesn't always have it's codes active and I put it in too early. I waited half an hour and it worked fine. I recommend this site to everybody if they are purchasing game time, I haven't purchased gold or leveling so I cannot comment but from what I've heard they're at the players risk anyway. |

after ordering there website went down, they said it was working for everyone else so i contacted numerous people in game and lan party to check the website, it was up for everyone else, then i changed PC and IP and it worked fine they banned my ip after ordering from them, then told me to wait it out. | |

The kinah was delivered fast and the correct amount was delivered. However, the day after the Kinah was delivered my account was banned because "At least one character on the account accepted currency and/or game items provided by a known RMT character." Taken directly from the email received from NCsoft. I contacted OFFGAMERS about this and they said its not their fault. I disagree completely and would never use their company for anything ever again. | |

First time buying game currency online, so I was kind of worried about being scammed, however they were excellent! I picked them because they had a decent rating on here, and don't regret it. Paid at about midnight, received an email that morning at work saying that the gold was available, and then when I got home that evening, they traded me the gold in no time at all. For orders placed through PayPal, they require that you send them pictures: "Valid photo identification (which has not expired) revealing your name and address that matches the billing address of your PayPal information." and "Utility bill that matches your billing information." They ask for this AFTER processing the payment and taking your money, not before. I consider this an unacceptable demand for privacy reasons, and would not have bought anything if I knew it was a requirement. I contacted their Customer Service and asked for the order to be canceled and issued a refund, which they did within 30 minutes. So customer service is good, but if you're going to be paying with PayPal, be prepared to give them a photo ID and utility bill for verification. |
