I purchased the smallest amount of lotro gold I could to try them out. Glad I did. Was told delivery in about 6 hours. 3 days later nothing. So I ask how I would go about a refund, the rep responds, "You just have to ask!" So I ask, and the rep responds, "done." Then cuts the chat off. Over a week later and NO refund, and they will not respond to emails, and get cut off in chat. I can't stress enough the importance of staying away from these crooks. I use IGE and have used them for years. I was naive to think for a bit lower price I could get better. Stay away folks!! |

I emailed 5 times about the status of my order. I checked before I ordered to make sure my virtual goods would be in stock and was told on Feb 1st that they were and would be ready for me then. It is almost 2 weeks later and I did not receive them yet despite repeated messages from me regarding my order and repeated, canned, generic responses on their behalf. Mogs its loosing their suppliers because they stopped paying them. Why you shouldn't use mogs? Only the customer service is from USA. The suppliers are from all over the world. Secure? For who? Not for customers since anyone can supply. (I will message ingame all the customers whom orders I filled thanking them ingame for buying currency from mogs, hoping that they will get suspended and they will start harrasing mogs as well). Not for suppliers since they are a bunch of scammers. Most likely they are running something like a ponzi scheme. Dependable? No way, or not for suppliers as well. All they can say regarding payments " My manager knows, he will do it ASAP" (Everyday the same thing for past 2 months). PS: THey don't have a manager. Mark didn't even notify the other operators of his lies. Competitively prices = The highest price on the market. They are supposed to pay the suppliers 1/3 of that price with a BIG delay. I'm still waiting for the payment for the orders that I filled in december. (I guess interest is in order for those $). Slow delivery time for wow, tera, swtor and gw2. On suppliers page I can see the same orders staying open for a couple of days if the customers are lucky, or more if they are unlucky. And this will only get worse since people will stop supplying mogs. |

Deliveries usually would occur in under thirty minutes if I gave my order number to the Live Chat people. The chat people were nice and it's nice to know that they aren't in another country and possible scammers (they're based in Ohio). Although, sometimes when i would order over 20k they would deliver it in parts sometimes up to twenty minutes apart. They;re price is also higher than some others, but would you rather get scammed for your entire order, wait 5 hours and get a phone call at 2:00 in the morning, or pay five dollars extra? | |

Why would anyone buy elsewhere? Their one of the cheapest sellers and delivery is usually within minutes. Biggest bonus is they are all English speaking service reps. | |

Just finished my second purchase from Mogs and both went great! I have been burned in the past by another gold seller so I was very hesitant to do it again but alas I needed gold and did not have the time to earn it so I started researching how to buy wow gold safely. Everything pointed to Mogs so after visiting MMOshift and seeing more about Mogs I made the first purchase of 5000 gold. I spoke to Jake on live support he then called me after placing the order to verify my information. It was a nice to hear a persons whose native language is English on the other end of the line. He explained the delivery process and I was on my way. I used the URL they provided me when I logged into game, about 2 hours later I received a whisper from an unknown person telling me to meet them in Org bank for my stuff. He never referenced gold or Mogs so I was skeptical at first but made the run and sure enough the gold was there! Second order was for 20000 gold, I placed the order, this time no call back as I was already verified. I open URL, logged in, played, waited.. waited some more... and then some more. Then logged off and went to Mogs to speak to them on Live support to see what was wrong with my order. After speaking to Mark he informed me the patch had slowed down delivery as some gold suppliers where still patching the game. Another 24hrs went by and I came back to chat and spoke to Jake this time, he again explained that there has been the patch issue as well as big bannings in the wow gold market so deliveries have been somewhat delayed. I was concerned.... opened my URL, logged in, started daily.. then the secret whisper came in directing me to Org, I went and received my full order. Im sold! Thanks MMOshift for having this service, with such a wide array of gold sellers out there its nice to be able to collect information on companies from end users. I wish I had found this before my previous purchase of WoW gold. |
