I ordered 10,000 gold from this company about a week ago and still have not yet received my order. I contacted there customer support and they are claiming that the google checkout I used is still trying to verify my order that they can't send my order till they do. I contacted google and they told me that my credit card has been charged and that they need NO FURTHER VERIFICATION from me!!! This company is now refusing to give me a refund, WORD OF CAUTION DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!! | |

I attempted to purchase a CD-key from IGXE. The website claimed 30 minute deliver for the CD-key, but I never received mine. The following day I contacted customer support, and they began asking for additional "verification". I had already confirmed the order and email with customer service which corresponded with the verified Paypal account I used to make the purchase. The additional information they requested was private/personal and completely unnecessary. They have ignored my requests for a refund, so I have been forced to file a dispute with Paypal in hopes that they will return my money. TL:DR IGXE refused to deliver my item and ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE |

1st They never notify You when there is something problem on your payment. 2nd I'm have no idea why they need PHOTOID to verify ? instead of just calling us ? 3rd Delivery Time slow like hell when you buying a CD KEY. |

Purchased from IGXE a small amount the first time to see how they work. Then ordered a little bigger after. Finally thought, ok these guys seem pretty good so I ordered a big amount. Suddenly, they can't verify my information and so they can't send me my game money. I then cancel the transaction and give them 1 month to send my money, still nothing. I contact them and they tell me sorry the money will be sent shortly. Another month goes by and still no money in my bank. Keep in mind, aparently their policy states if you don't collect your money within 60 days then you can't do so anymore. So somehow now they tell me they've been sending me e-mails trying to tell me to collect my money by clicking some button. I never recieved this e-mail. Only e-mails I recieved from them were the ones reminding me to return to IGXE and purchase more. After all of this, suddenly they are able to deliver my in game money. Surprise surprise, how are you suddenly able to do this when you can't confirm my information? Ok, so I agreed since I had no other choice. Now they tell me the price has gone up and I can collect only 1350 instead of 1500 and after talking to them a little they suddenly decide ok, 1900 will do. After they send me the money in game, they also send me an e-mail saying that they are out of stock and will send me the remaining 100 within 24hours. So, the real reason they said they couldn't send me the full amount was because they didn't have it in stock (liars). So, hoping to get the 100 I go back and contact customer support and they tell me no, you already agreed to 1900, sorry. Just like that they blow me off because I confirmed to something which they lied about and I thought I had no other choice. Will never deal with this company again. I hope all of you learn from this and not repeat the mistakes I did before it is too late. Good luck and take care. |
