There service is very good. I've purchased gold from them about 4 times now and every time its been delivered fast, except one order took about 4 hours. What you need to do is watch the prices because at certain times of the day (especially night time) the prices will drop. And in the late night, early morning, they will have Promotions which is even cheaper gold! But overall, very good service. Will be coming back. | |

I placed my order two days ago and they claim that only 1% of all orders take 48 hours to be delivered, and that anyone that has an order that takes that long will be "compensated." That's a lie. So, I wake up to find that they called me at 3:51am (because that's a normal time to call people) and they wanted me to log in to accept my gold. As soon as I see the message I log in and ask for them to reattempt delivery, but they can't because the farmer was banned and his gold is gone. GameUSD used to be good (back when you could enter any gold price as a bid for the farmers) but now it's just another scam site. |

I ordered a lot of time from GameUSD, mostly 10K gold at a time. But not long ago I bought 30K on a medium populated server and chose the 5 mins to 3 hours price, but got the first part after 6 hours and the rest up to the next day. Their costumer support explained me the situation and it seems that no farmer had gold on my server. I was compensated without any question and it was the first time they didn't have almost instant delivery. As their guarantee says, they compensated me 10% of the price. Overall their service is excellent and quick for small amount of gold, but that may depend of the server :). |
