Paid via Paypal and contacted Gamegoody via their livechat services, only to be greeted by someone with very poor English skills and slow replies. After asking for verification whether receiving isk on a trial account had no problem prior my purchase, they later indicated that there was one. I had to haul my ass all the way to Jita, just so they could send isk to me (didn't even need to be in the same station anyway). This whole process took over a day, as their first isk account was banned when I tried to receive isk the first time. That one session took maybe an hour to "finish" as the livechat operator made sure to create a lack of communication between me and him. The next day I received an email stating that Gamegoody now has isk instock, and are ready to transfer it into my wallet. This time it only took about 20 - 30 minutes. However, three hours later my isk was taken away by a GM and now I am left with -360mil (I only bought 400m to buy a PLEX). |

Received 4 billion ISK. Several hours later, ISK seller toon got banned and I received a warning from the GM along with my ISK being removed. This left me with a negative -3.1b wallet. Now their customer service rep keeps putting me on hold or canceling the chat. Will have to report to paypal to attempt to sort this out. |

Have bought ISK from them before, paid via paypal, took a little bit of time, but was delivered successfully and much cheaper than buying Plex. Also if you want the 100% safe option buy 60 day time code from gamegoody/shattered crystal (34.99) and sell for ISK ingame... |

gamegoody.com has fooled me. ive asked them nicely, if its all safe.. im not gonna get in trouble or get banned? they said that it was completely secure and safe. well ive bought 1100 mil ISK for 36 usd, got delivery an hr later. so far so good. Now, yesterday eve online gm nova sent me a latter of warning, and also removed all the money that they have been getting the money by getting hacked creditcards. so now i have -237mil isk on my account. (negative amount) when i tried to contact gamegoody customer support, they closed down chat on me over and over again. theese are pure scammers and i am contacting mastercard to claim money back. |
