What a joke this company is. Don't buy CD Keys from them. They are extremely difficult to deal with. Go to offgamers, they are 1000x better! How can they still be in business! |

Purchased 2 accounts for Lineage 2 back in June 2010. After finally coming back from overseas to play them for the first time, I tried to login for the first time and BOTH of them didn't work. I tried contacting 3ZOOM who provided information to contact NCSOFT to fix them. After contacting NCSOFT, they informed me the information is not right and said the accounts were both banned without an appeal. 3ZOOM on the other hand refuses to refund or even exchange for new accounts. I never got to play any of these accounts and now I am out $750. I guess I should have known as 3ZOOM is a chinese based company who appears to being selling stolen accounts. I plan to post this on as many websites I can and will remove this as soon as these compensate for the loss. In the meantime, I would strongly advise that you don't buy from this company. |

I use 3zoom.com a lot. I like the reward point system and tend to save my points through out the year and spend them at Christmas (usually get enough for a two/three new games for free using my points). The online site is easy to navigate and use, with the option at check out to use any points you have collected. I have used this company for years! They do great offers from time to time although do check other stores first as they are not always the cheapest. If you have to go in store the staff can be a bit unpredictable shall we say and some I know in Wolverhampton tend to talk nonsense...one shop will tell you a load of bull but you walk to the the shop a few doors down (yes we have two on same street) they will handle your enquiry brilliantly and make you wonder what the hell the other shop staff are taking lol. Been shopping at 3zoom since about 2 years back mainly to buy game time and cd keys especially for Aion. Tried several others as well but seriously no one has come near their level of professionalism and service rate. Wish to see more opportunities to feedback besides on their facebook fan page on features we gamers would love to have or products they should look into making available but I am only nick-picking here. Also their in-store discount system called 3zoom coins really needs a revamp or at least make it usable at smaller amounts. The other strong feature of 3zoom that sets them apart from the rest is their huge array of payments that make it so easy to purchase from them. Price factor wise, they are not the cheapest around for gold and leveling services if you are into that but generally their cd keys are very competitive. |

I love them! I used to be an offgamer loyal customer until they REALLY fucked up. But when I went to 3zoom, they offered to change the price of their gil to match other sites, and they've delivered my currency in under 15 mins of purchase! Amazing |

I have been a customer of 3zoom for a long time, more than 2 years. I want to use them cos i am quite familiar with them . I bought l2 account, adena and time card from them, other games too .. the only problem i get may be the delivery time . If you need the item in a hurry , i suggest that you'd better to check stock with their customer service first . In my opinion,3zoom is a good site,I still remember the frist time I bought a time card from 3zoom, they ask me to verified my paypal or send them a copy of my personal id to them, which made me feel uncomfortable, but i still do it because i really want this stuff. The second time i bought with the same paypal, they send me the card in around 15 minutes. I really appreciate their help, though sometimes the delivery time has some delay! | |

The site is a scam, they were supposed to sell an account for me instead they spammed trade chat trying to sell gold for their site and got the account banned, ontop of that they stole the gold on my account and sold all the gears i had.
