How often does your site in-take prices from vendors websites?
Our site intakes prices roughly every 6 hours from our vendors websites. This process inputs about 250,000 entries, so it is not a quick task.

How do I get my website listed on MMOShift.com?
You can request your website to be listed on our website by using our contact form or by sending an email to eric@mmoshift.com. Please include details on how to contact you back and the domain of your site. Be aware that not all sites are approved, and this process can take some time. We are very strict in not allowing known fraudulant vendors.

How does your sites rating system function?
Our rating system is 100% user based. We average all the submitted ratings from our users to create an average final result, which is shown. There is a every 3 day limit per username per IP to submit a rating.

We compare prices for World of Warcraft Gold, Aion Kinah, Lineage 2 Adena, and EVE Isk.

No, MMOShift.com does not process any virtual currency or product transactions. All transactions are processed on our vendors websites that you are refered to. We are simply a tool to make this market more friendly.

I forgot my password, how do I retreive it?
You can request your password by using the Lost Password form on our site. This can be found at the bottom of the login page or by clicking here.

I received the error message "You have already rated this provider in the past 3 days", when trying to add a review. What does this mean?
This simply means that your username or IP has already reviewed the provider in the previous 3 days. This is to prevent spam and fake ratings. If you would like to remove your previos review, use the contact form. Once an Admin removes your old rating, you can make a new one without a 3 day limitation.
