It seems that NCSoft has taken down the Aion PTS to begin upgrading and testing it for the new Aion 2.0 update, “Assault on Balaruea”.
According to the announcement NCSoft will be completely resetting the PTS for this update, meaning all characters and guilds on the PTS will be deleted. The PTS will go back up on August 18th, for testing the new 2.0 update. The update will be released for all live servers on September 7th.
I don’t believe there will be any effect on Aion Kinah prices as result of the PTS update, but just like most major MMO updates there will likely be an increase in Kinah price around the actually live patch release.
